This was a private project constructed alongside an existing house, formerly a triple garage detached from the house, the building was taken back down to foundation level, extended, and connected to the house.

Our scope for the project included full design and installation of an 11.0m x 4.0m x 1.35m-2.0m Pool, 2.0m square vitality spa, hidden automatic cover, and full air handling system. Alongside the room was a full home gym, kitchenette, large shower area and changing rooms. The pool was finished with a dark coloured welded liner with the surrounds all in a contrasting light tile. The spa was finished with a stunning ‘cocktail’ mix of tiles.

The remote location of this property led to challenges with power supplies, we have used the most efficient running systems and air handling unit to ensure the electrical load is kept to an absolute minimum; this ensured a costly upgrade in supply was not required.
